Killer Griller is my absolute favorite go-to main course salad to take on the road – to picnics, potlucks and other large gatherings.

Killer Griller serves a big crowd and is actually best served room temperature, so no need to worry about refrigerating it.
When I make it at home, I add grilled shrimp, but it is perfect completely vegetarian.
I took Killer Griller up to the California Coastal Horse Rescue recently for a meeting of the board members (you can see us in the photos below).
Killer Griller is always a huge hit. My tip is to bring it in a beautiful large bowl – I have a gorgeous Italian ceramic bowl from my brother-in-law – and bring the dressing packed up separately to toss on the spot.
