My Tangy Chicken Pasta salad in Salad Joy is very flavorful, hearty, filling and holds up well over a few days.

Bring a container of tuna salad, or several slices of smoked turkey, along with some Dijon. Pack up some large Romaine leaves in a separate resealable plastic bag.
When it’s time for lunch put the tuna, or turkey and mustard, in the individual leaves and enjoy.
If you’ve made my Southern Fried Salad from Salad Joy the night before, and you have leftovers, replace the tuna with the slices of fried chicken, and maybe a little mayo – yum!
